Almost all of our products come with a free version. We strongly suggest you to check the free version first to check the quality of our paid products. If you can explain to us how the premium product is broken/faulty (and if we can’t solve the issue), we grant a refund. Just open a support ticket to request a refund with an explanation of why you want a refund. Note that we will not accept refund requests for Bundle purchases for any items!
We grant refund if
- The product purchased has stopped functioning or displaying as we described, or broken after the installation and we are not able to give you solution.
- Account fraud detected.
We don’t refund if
- If you opened any dispute before telling our support team about your problem.
- If not able to configure for lack of skill.
- No refund if your web host doesn’t meet the requirements.
- You changed your mind about the purchase.
- You choose not to use our product anymore.
